Program Summary
KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.
Job Summary
Executes the responsibilities for management of property at the site location. Leads a cross-functional team and uses Six Sigma to design, implement, or re-engineer work processes related to Government Property within the Integrated Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Aftermarket activities to ensure compliant system operation. Analyzes cross-functional Government property procedures to assure continued compliance with contractual requirements. Advises affected organizations of required procedural changes, provides appropriate guidance, initiates and coordinates changes, and negotiates required approvals with the Government. Leads the long-term planning process and develops strategic operating initiatives for departments that support organizational objectives. Recommends improvements in the operations processes. Experience and Education: A BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or Manufacturing Technology and 8 years directly related experience. 16 years related professional experience might be substituted for the specific formal education when such experience will yield the same level of knowledge.
