The opportunity:
As a Consultant at Frazer-Nash Consultancy, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch consultancy services to our clients, demonstrating expertise and leadership within your technical domain. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Undertaking commercial consultancy work across various core skills of the company.
- Supervising consultancy projects assigned to project staff, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting company standards.
- Reporting on technical aspects of projects to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Assisting in interpreting client requirements and proposing suitable technical solutions.
- Identifying training needs and recommending appropriate courses.
- Crafting clear and concise reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Contributing to the enhancement of the company's reputation and business development activities.
- Managing large or complex projects, defining resourcing requirements, and planning project tasks effectively.
- Writing proposals, identifying and mitigating project risks, and supporting business development initiatives.
- Building and maintaining client relationships, taking ownership of project deliverables, and producing effective proposals.
We currently have key projects within:
- Rail
- Defence Maritime Infrastructure
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, working towards or achieved Chartered status.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to constructively support positions with data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to obtain an AGSVA security clearance through Australian citizenship
