The Opportunity
Reporting to the Adelaide Discipline Manager, you will be responsible for general administrative duties, providing high level project administrative assistance to engineers and project management staff across a variety of exciting projects. This includes task such as formatting documents, project invoicing, procurement activities utilising KBR systems such as SAP and OnBase, organising meetings, minute taking, travel bookings and a variety of other support
tasks depending on project scope and stage.
As a part of the team, you will share some of the reception duties, covering the front desk when members of the team are on leave or taking breaks. In addition to the coordination of a variety of admin functions, you’ll be supporting staff administration requirements and important KBR project processes and systems.

Who you are
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience supporting administrative requirements in a business environment. You have the ability to work autonomously and efficiently, supporting project delivery to a high standard. You are adaptable to changing requirements and objectives and can handle the pressure of prioritising workload.
You have demonstrated that you can build relationships with a variety of people from different professional backgrounds and disciplines. This gives you the ability to communicate effectively, both in person and via written communication. You are a team player; KBR is a team of Teams, so you are excited about contributing to our success. Some experience utilising the Microsoft office package plus SAP OnBase and Concur would be an advantage. Good time management, organisation and numerical skills are also important.
