KBR is seeking a Program Manager to oversee management of a GED Chief Architect Office Task Order.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Task Order execution.
- Act as a single point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) and the Contracting Officer (CO).
- Responsible for planning, directing, and scheduling the timely and successful accomplishment of the effort described in the TO SOW
- Submission of all items to be delivered under this contract.
- Has direct control over the Contractor team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, related technical field
- Ten (10) years’ experience in Program Management (similar in size and scope, to include subcontract management)
- Five (5) years’ experience in systems engineering
- Five (5) years’ experience with satellite ground systems
- Two (2) years’ experience with Agile software development
- Two (2) years’ experience overseeing planning and executing multiple software releases
- Experience with the Chief Architects Office
- least one of the other System Program Offices (SPO)
- Knowledge of Architecture development, overhead system capabilities, Major System and Special Interest Acquisitions
- Employment of Digital Engineering and MBSE
- Knowledge/experience with GEOINT and/or SIGINT collection platforms
- Knowledge of Information Assurance and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Desired Qualifications:
- MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, related technical field or an MBA (if an MBA, an undergraduate Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a technical or engineering area, e.g., aerospace, electrical engineering, computer science, etc. is desired)
- Experience working with at least one other System Program Offices (SPO)
- Knowledge of Architecture development, overhead system capabilities, Major System and Special Interest Acquisitions
- Knowledge/Experience with Digital Engineering and MBSE
- Knowledge/Experience with GEOINT and/or SIGINT collection platforms
- Knowledge of Information Assurance and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
