You will be the Subcontract Program Management Mgr for the Program Management Subcontract Team. Our team is responsible for leading subcontract managers to deliver cost, schedule, and technical performance for the Precision Strike Missile program.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Program Management Mgr you will be responsible for overseeing a team of subcontract managers, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance of suppliers, and driving risk and proposal initiatives for the PrSM program.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and mentor subcontract managers across cost, schedule, and technical domains.
- Manage supplier performance and ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Drive risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Oversee cost account management and affordability initiatives.
- Support proposal development and execution.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
• Proven Subcontract / Program Management skills • Significant Leadership Experience • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in an environment with numerous internal customers • Problem solving skills and ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally • Ability to recruit, train and develop subordinates • Must have experience in in developing and executing business/subcontract management strategies • Ability to obtain a secret clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship |

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
