This position will use technical knowledge and experience to plan, lead, and manage projects from design input requirements to production release and final testing. This includes but is not limited to reviewing customer technical requirements, creating detail designs, performing detailed analysis, creating prototypes, leading design reviews, writing test procedures, and supporting the product through production via hands on troubleshooting
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Mechanical or Electrical/RF Engineering Preferred
- 10+ years of technical project leadership, mechanical design and manufacturing
- Proficient with SolidWorks
- Experience implementing GD&T into drawings
- Exceptional communication skills and effectively able to communicate technical information with customers.
- Exceptional organizational skills and demonstration of handling multiple projects.
Preferred:
- 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with electromechanical actuators or small mechanisms
- Experience with ISO or AS9100 Quality Management System
- Experience in the Space and Aerospace Industry
