DJBOSS: Senior Passenger Service Representative

Passenger Service Representative Senior
- Supports the DJBOSS Passenger Terminal, Cargo Handling & ATOC Contract
- Determines, equipment, and personnel required to accomplish air transportation functions
- Loads and unloads passengers, and baggage moved on military and commercial- contract aircraft.
- Prepares, completes, and maintains air movement’s records, automated or manual passenger manifests utilizing GATES or DD Form 2131 Manual Passenger manifest
- Determine military passenger travel eligibility IAW Department of Defense Travel Regulation (DTR), DoD 4515.13R Travel Eligibility, AFI 24-6051 V.2
- Uses computer systems to provide in-transit visibility over passenger movement operations (GATES)
- Provide passenger counter services including, but not limited to processing of passengers, baggage and passenger/baggage security screening IAW appropriate DoD instructions
- Provide support to other departments within Air Operations as mission dictates
Certification/Education Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-year hands on experience with Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES)
• Ability to obtain Common Access Card (CAC)
Additional requirements:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 4 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.
- Must possess driver’s license with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
