Mole·Master Services Corporation is seeking a Technical Sales / Project Coordinator to our Marietta, Ohio office The Technical Sales Representative works with the Management Team to implement sales strategy, to set and meet sales goals. They work with the Operations Manager, Service Manager and Project Managers to ensure smooth and safe completion of all projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- To promote sales growth in all domestic and international markets and develop national corporate accounts with an emphasis on “inside the fence” selling.
- To establish a qualified representative network, both domestically and internationally and maintain regular contact by way of personal visits, telephone conversations, E-mail or other appropriate means necessary to maintain a strong business relationship.
- Work with Management to establish joint ventures, partnerships, or other similar relationships in those areas where service from our headquarters is not practical, profitable, competitive, or efficient.
- Ensure continued sales growth and profitability in all markets and accounts and develops new accounts within the territory.
- Interfaces with the Management Team to ensure smooth, successful, and safe completion of all projects.
- Travels a minimum of 50% of the time.

Education and/or Experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent construction or industrial service experience at minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Sales and estimating experience.
- Computer, interpersonal communication, negotiation and selling skills are essential.
- Two years of field experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations
- Valid driver license required; CDL preferred.
