Provide day‑to‑day operational support for compensation processes, ensuring adherence to established policies and business controls.

Manage and resolve compensation-related cases and inquiries within established service level agreements, including complex or non-standard issues, applying compensation guidelines and appropriate judgement and escalating when needed.

Own and manage assigned compensation operational processes, ensuring effective execution, controls, documentation, and service delivery.

Lead investigation and resolution of complex compensation-related data and process issues, identify trends, root causes, downstream impacts, and opportunities for sustainable solutions.

Process, validate, and audit compensation‑related transactions in Workday and other HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Maintain and analyze compensation operations metrics and reporting to identify trends, service performance, and opportunities for improvement.

Lead or support operational enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline, standardize, automate, and strengthen compensation-related processes.

Support annual compensation cycle activities, including reporting, data consolidation, validation, and system readiness tasks.

Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to team members on assigned processes, compensation guidelines, and complex operational issues.

Collaborate with Total Rewards, HR Technology, and other People Services teams to update documentation, knowledge articles, and employee‑facing resources.

Support the operational delivery and ongoing maintenance of employee recognition programs, including transaction processing, data validation, and issue resolution.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Experience with Excel, including the ability to analyze and organize data using tools such as pivot tables and charts.

Experience supporting HR Operations including compensation programs, processes, or analysis.
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with ServiceNow and Workday.

Working knowledge of compensation principles, with the ability to apply established compensation guidelines and interpret compensation data

Experience supporting operational enhancements, continuous improvement projects, or system transitions.

Familiarity with RTX systems, programs, or processes.

High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, analyze data for trends and root causes, and recommend practical solutions.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
