You are a seasoned V&V Engineer who brings a strong systems-thinking mindset and thrives in complex Defence environments. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- A degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
- Significant experience in V&V, Systems Engineering, Integration or Test & Evaluation
- Strong experience developing and executing system-level verification strategies and plans
- Experience working in complex, system-of-systems environments
- Knowledge across Defence domains such as C2, Command Support or ISR
- Experience with MBSE tools (e.g. DOORS, Rhapsody, ETM)
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Active NV1 security clearance and ability to handle Export Controlled material
- Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice
