This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week working from the office. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of a CVS Health office.
The Senior Manager, Model of Care Administration is responsible for leading the operational administration, documentation, and coordination required to support Model of Care activities and deliverables. This role drives annual updates, develops and maintains high-quality materials, coordinates cross-functional input, and ensures deadlines, submissions, and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and well organized.
This position is ideal for a highly skilled colleague who brings strong execution discipline, advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, and the ability to move complex work forward across multiple stakeholders. While this role does not have direct people leadership responsibility, it requires a ownership, influence, and independent judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with MOC team to administer and coordinate Model of Care activities, including committee meetings, annual updates, and related deliverables
- Develop, format, edit, and maintain high-quality documents, presentations, and supporting materials using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications
- Coordinate input from cross-functional partners to support development and completion of Model of Care materials
- Manage timelines, workplans, version control, documentation, and follow-up actions to ensure work progresses on schedule
- Prepare materials for meetings, oversight reviews, and committee discussions, including agendas, presentations, notes, and action items
- Maintain clear source-of-truth documentation for Model of Care processes, decisions, and deliverables that you support
- Review materials for quality, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and professional presentation prior to review or submission
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and escalate concerns as needed to protect timelines and deliverable quality
- Drive process improvements that strengthen efficiency, organization, and consistency across Model of Care administration
- Partner effectively with business and functional teams to clarify requirements, align on expectations, and keep work moving forward
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in health plan operations, program administration, regulated documentation, proposal development, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated experience developing, editing, formatting, and finalizing complex, high-visibility documents with strong attention to detail and version control
- Experience supporting regulated submissions and/or Medicare Advantage, SNP, or Model of Care documentation
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables, coordinate cross-functional input, and maintain quality under tight deadlines
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and proactively identify risks and gaps
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Model of Care annual updates or related oversight activities
- Experience working in Medicare Advantage, SNP, or other highly regulated health care environments
- Experience with RFP, proposal, or other large-scale document development
- Experience supporting committees, governance routines, or executive-level review processes
- Experience improving workflows, templates, or documentation processes to increase efficiency and consistency
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
