Position Summary
This position is responsible for the printing, cutting, and distribution of the weekly ad signs within the Woonsocket Print Department. The responsibilities include Operates and maintains mail processing equipment, troubleshoots technical issues, conducts regular maintenance and repairs, and ensures the proper functioning of mail automation systems. Plays a crucial role in optimizing mail production processes, maximizing efficiency, and resolving technical challenges to meet production targets and quality standards. Contributes to the smooth operation of mail operations and collaborates with other teams to ensure effective mail processing and delivery.
Primary responsibilities
Complete tasks related to the movement and processing of employee mail and packages.
Verify and keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Load, lift, and carry mail and packages.
Check items for correct addressing, postage, and condition.
Operate mailing machinery and transport mail to distribution areas.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and fulfillment requests.
Follow organizational guidelines when responding to external inquiries.
Monitor junior staff during mail and distribution tasks.
Communicate with office employees to ensure timely mail delivery

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
