- Lead and support logistics projects, from planning through execution, across transportation, warehousing, and logistics network domains.
- Manage implementation of logistics network changes, including new flows, regional transitions, and warehouse relocations.
- Coordinate materials flow changes, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and supply chain requirements.
- Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders including operations, planning, procurement, and IT.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
- Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks or roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate change management and training activities to support successful project adoption.
- Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and project prioritization.
- Ensure proper documentation of project deliverables and lessons learned.
- Contribute to the standardization and improvement of project management practices within the logistics function.
