1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:30am-2:30pm + OT as required.
What you´ll do
- As a Process Technician, you will work with the HPS Engineers and Cell Teams to deliver results in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), QCO/SMED (Quick Changeovers/Single Minute Exchange of Dies), yield, safety, and quality through equipment optimization and process improvements.
- This position is approximately 80% hands-on and 20% administrative/training that will report to the Cell Leader, be a member of the HPS (Henkel production Systems) department team, and work closely with HPS Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Automation Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Operations.
- Train technicians on basic technical skills.
