Position Summary
Reviews Medicare Grievances dashboards, reporting, and analytics to identify performance trends, emerging risks, and areas requiring action. Synthesizes findings into clear business insights and engages colleagues, business owners, and leaders across teams to drive alignment, coordinate response efforts, and support progress toward improvement. Serves as a senior point of coordination and escalation in a regulated environment, raising concerns when data signals poor performance, unresolved risk, or insufficient progress.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of work experience in business consulting, project management, program management, business operations, process improvement, analytics, or a related field
Experience reviewing data, dashboards, and reporting to identify business trends, risks, and performance issues
Experience managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and follow-up across concurrent initiatives or improvement efforts
Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage leaders, clarify ownership, and drive accountability
Preferred Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or specialized training, relevant professional qualification, or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
