- Own manufacturing processes for
thermal interface material product lines, supporting production from raw
material processing through customer delivery.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause
analysis, and corrective actions to improve product quality and process
performance.
- Support new product launches by
conducting process capability studies, developing operating conditions,
and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage process and equipment
improvement projects, including Management of Change (MOC) activities and
validation of new manufacturing methods.
- Train production operators on
equipment operation, testing methods, and standard work practices.
- Drive continuous improvement
initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, waste reduction, and Lean
Manufacturing principles.
