Our Valuation & Advisory department based in Madrid is looking for a new member for join its team!
Job Description
Overview:
From the very first minute you will be involved in the different projects carried out in the department. You will work alongside a young team as well as the Partners of the area, with whom you will share your opinions, contributions and impressions as a team member. You will learn about the standards, methods and tools used at both departmental and corporate level. At the same time, you will work cross-functionally with other departments who will help you with whatever you need.
In short, you will have the opportunity to gain a global vision of the consultancy services offered within a multinational company that plays a leading role in the sector, as well as enrich your knowledge with the expertise of professionals who are a reference in the Real Estate sector.
Objective / Primary Responsibilities:
The main goal is to acquire the expertise in consultancy and valuation of the different assets that exist within the Real Estate sector, from the Valuation & Advisory’s department point of view.
To this end, you will be involved in:
- Presentation of reports and presentations to both national and international clients, describing the properties visited along with the local market context.
- Attending valuation visits with team colleagues
- Assisting on property inspections (shopping centres, retail, office and industrial property throughout Spain).
- Market research in real estate areas, to provide information to be used in reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics / Business Administration
- Bilingual/Fluent level in both Spanish/English.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Office package.
- Driving license
- Excellent analytical/mathematical skills with a strong attention to detail.
