Job Description

The Visa Leadership Associate Program is a structured development experience for early-career professionals who want to build broad business capabilities and explore a career in commercial leadership at Visa.
Through rotations, training, mentoring, and cohort learning, participants can build professional relationships, deepen their understanding of Visa’s business, strengthen their global perspective, and develop practical leadership skills.

These rotations are shaped around four core competencies that we’ve identified as essential components of the future leader toolkit; Client Centricity, Product Development, Financial and Data Acumen and Strategic Thinking.

Associates will be matched with teams across functions including Marketing, Fintech Partnerships, Product Management, Sales, Social Impact and many more!

Every six months, participants attend a one-week, classroom-based development program with the U.S. cohort. Sessions align with Visa’s leadership principles and may cover data analysis and visualization, communicating with influence, presenting to senior audiences, design thinking, and project management.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance.
