Job Description
Launch your sales career at a global technology leader shaping the future of payments.
Visa's Sales Development Program (SDP) is a two-and-a-half-year experience for new college graduates who want to build a strong foundation in consultative selling. Through structured learning, rotational experiences, mentorship, and exposure to Visa's clients and products, you will develop the capabilities needed for a long-term career in sales.

Sales Foundations and Bootcamp
Begin with instructor-led learning and guided practice designed to build foundational knowledge before taking on broader selling responsibilities. You will learn:

Core sales skills, including prospecting, identifying decision-makers, discovery, objection handling, negotiation, presentation delivery, and closing.
Enterprise Field Sales Experience

Deepen your product, industry, and client knowledge while learning how complex, high-value relationships are managed.
You are a motivated, curious self-starter who is excited to build a long-term career in sales, even if you have not held a formal sales role before.
Digital Fluency: All Visa roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, to support everyday work.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree graduating May 2026 - August 2027.

Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales tools, or data analysis platforms such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL.

Coursework, a concentration, or a certification in sales, business, analytics, or a related area.
