- Partner with reporting and visualization teams to develop datasets supporting Power BI and management reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or a related discipline.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex transformations, reconciliations, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT solutions across multiple source systems.
- Experience with dimensional data modeling, canonical data models, and historical snapshot architectures.
- Experience working within Financial Services, Banking, Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, Compliance, or Audit environments.
- Strong understanding of data quality controls, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data issues and develop sustainable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting BCBS 239, enterprise risk programs, risk data aggregation, or regulatory reporting initiatives.

- Experience with cloud and modern data platforms including Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, Fabric, Informatica, Talend, Alteryx, or Teradata.
Technology Environment
Candidates may come from a variety of technical backgrounds. Experience with modern data and analytics platforms is valued; however, strong fundamentals in SQL, data modeling, reconciliation, and regulated data environments are the most critical qualifications.
