Position Summary
As part of the Commercial Product and Experience organization, the Sr. Manager, Product -Third Party Vendor Integrations role is responsible for defining the strategy, structure, and execution approach for third-party vendor integrations.
This role owns the integration portfolio and serves as the central point of coordination across Sales, Product, Operations, Pricing, Claims, Billing, and field stakeholders to evaluate new vendor opportunities, determine the right integration approach, and support ongoing business and operational needs.
The ideal candidate combines strategic product ownership, strong cross-functional judgment, and the ability to translate nuanced business needs into clear integration approaches, field guidance, and execution requirements.
**The position may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US depending on candidate location and commute to a hub location
Key Responsibilities
Own Third Party Vendor Integration Strategy
Define the strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio
Identify rules of the road, business requirements, and operational considerations needed to support new and existing vendor models
Determine the appropriate setup strategy for new integrations, including required dependencies across pricing, claims, billing, and related processes
Translate nuanced business needs into clear integration recommendations and execution direction
Manage Integration Portfolio
Own and maintain the inventory of third-party vendors enabled for integration
Ensure portfolio visibility remains current as vendors, products, and business needs evolve
Identify implications of vendor changes and coordinate updates needed across stakeholders
Lead New Vendor Intake
Serve as the single point of contact for the Sales organization regarding new vendors seeking integration
Assess intake requests and guide cross-functional evaluation of business need, feasibility, and setup approach
Partner with stakeholders to move new opportunities from intake through recommendation and readiness
Enable Field & Stakeholder Communication
Craft and maintain field communications related to vendor integrations, vendor-specific considerations, and operational updates
Provide clear guidance to internal stakeholders on integration models, business rules, and plan sponsor nuances
Translate complex integration details into practical, audience-appropriate messaging
Support Production & Issue Resolution
Serve as the central point of contact for production questions and nuanced plan sponsor requests related to third-party vendor integrations
Lead cross-functional resolution of production issues, ensuring business impacts, dependencies, and required actions are clearly understood
Drive follow-through on issues that require coordination across product, operational, and support teams
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business process strategy, operations, or completion of General Management Development Program (GMDP) or any Leadership Development Program
Experience in payer, vendor integration, contracting, program management or related domains within healthcare industry
Experience defining strategy and execution approaches for complex business processes, integrations, or service models
Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans
Experience working across cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment, including business, operational, and technical teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear field-facing and stakeholder-facing materials
Demonstrated ability to manage nuanced operational scenarios and drive issue resolution across multiple teams
Strong organizational judgment, prioritization, and follow-through in high-visibility work
Ability to operate independently and influence decisions without formal authority

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
