- Coordinate transportation planning activities to ensure
on-time pickup and delivery performance.
- Partner with carriers and internal stakeholders to
secure capacity and resolve shipment issues.
- Manage transportation exceptions, including rush
orders, manual shipments, and service disruptions.
- Monitor carrier performance, investigate operational
issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze transportation data, prepare KPI reports, and
identify opportunities for cost and service improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives,
transportation master data maintenance, and planning optimization.
