Principal Technical Professional - Mech
Senior staff engineer position. Responsible for developing technical requirements, specification and services relating to mechanical equipment such as pressure vessels,process columns, heat exchangers, storage tanks, spheres, boilers andstatic packaged units.Duties include preparation of datasheets, Specifications, Material Requisition, Evaluation of Technical Bid, Vendor document review and engineering coordination with vendors and inter discipline. Provides technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers.Perform Man-hour estimate, Develop MPP, Progress reporting, Implement catchup plan, Represent advocate and negotiate for Company with clients and contractors.
10 years of experience (Shall work as a lead or area lead), specifically in Static and Fired equipmentdivision. Shall have Working knowledge of current ASME, TEMA, API, ENstandards for static equipment. Shall have familiarity with Wind and Seismic design per international codes. Basic understanding of PFDs & PIDs is a must. FPSO, Off Shore and Brown field Experience is a must. Shall have working knowledge ofIBR and NACE.Exposure to FEA, NDE, Testing, Welding, heat treatment, Painting Insulation requirements are essential.Qualification:- Degree in Mechanical Engineering. !! Shall be a Offshore, Onshore &Petrochemical, Refineryfield specialist.!!
