Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Administrative Specialist to support the C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI), which focuses on providing enterprise support to over 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases.
This role will directly support the HNI Division Front Office at Hanscom Air Force Base.
WORK LOCATION: Hanscom AFB, MA
JOB STATUS: Full time; salaried
SECURITY CLEARANCE: An active US security clearance is required
JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
- Coordinates, documents, monitors, and supports a variety of meetings and conferences to include, but not limited to, scheduling and set up of physical and virtual meetings.
- Manages Branch Leadership Calendars; including deconflicting
- Prepares background information and invites required meeting participants ensuring documentation of the meetings are filed IAW organizational policy.
- Researching and compiling information pertaining to certain projects/topics.
- Preparing factual, clear, concise, complete, and appropriately coordinated written communications.
- Ensures leadership is kept informed on all issues of interest that relate to the mission of the Directorate.
- Monitors progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives.
- Maintains scheduling documents and requirements for video and online conferencing set up and execution.
- Provides travel planning and execution support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience, 5 of which must be within the DoD, OR 20 years of directly related experience (8 years of which must be within the DoD).
- Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Teams tool.
- Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Planner tool.
- Understanding processes, ranks, and chain of command.
- Ability to assimilate information quickly, communicate effectively, and remain organized in order to monitor progress toward the accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives.
