AI Adoption and Governance Specialist
The Opportunity:
We are looking for an AI Adoption and Governance Specialist to join our team and help us implement and manage AI solutions across the organization. You will be responsible for supporting various efforts such as implementation of responsible AI practices, communication and outreach about AI training governance, policy, and training opportunities, monitoring financial performance of AI projects, and ensuring that our AI projects are aligned with our business goals, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
As an AI Adoption and Governance Specialist on our team, you’ll develop implementation and outreach plans to drive adoption of AI training, AI governance frameworks, AI risk management policies, and AI best practices, and ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to identify and mitigate AI risks and issues, amplify AI adoption, and promote a culture of responsible AI. You'll assist with monitoring and tracking the financial performance of AI teams and projects, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to plan and manage projects, implement process improvement, and effect organizational change management
Experience with data strategy
Experience with developing and implementing communication and outreach campaigns, creating, and editing content
Experience in managing and analyzing data for integrity, reliability and usability, and building summary reports
Ability to present and communicate interpersonally
Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for learning and innovation
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business or 5+ years of experience developing and optimizing business processes in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with AI strategy, including generative AI, deep learning, natural language processing or emerging technology capabilities
Experience with developing and implementing process improvement and best practices, and ensuring project compliance with ethical standards and company guidelines
Experience developing business plans, customer relationships, and communication strategies
Experience in monitoring financial data, such as budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
