Full Job Description
We are an independent service provider contracted with FedEx Ground looking for positive-minded, high energy, and team-oriented drivers. We work together supporting one another as necessary to provide the best customer service possible. We care about our drivers and give them the utmost respect, providing them with everything necessary to succeed including: (1) On the job training, (2) new or well-maintained older trucks, and (3) support among team members. The job entails delivering packages ranging from envelopes up to 150 pounds (handcart provided). Routes are all within a 40-mile radius of Saginaw, dispatching from and returning to Saginaw daily. The typical driver will do over 100 stops per day so one must be physically fit enough to handle the walking and carrying packages. Job Requirements
Pass a background check
Be age 21 or older
Be able to pass a drug test
Have a clean driving record
Have a chauffeur’s license
No driving experience is needed.
We will train new hires and offer a three-day course to get candidates trained and ready for driving.
Starting pay at $160 per day up to $185 per day for experienced drivers.
