Role Overview:
- Lead end-to-end execution of salon testing programs, ensuring timely test submissions, reporting and alignment with project timelines and priorities
- Collaborate closely with chemists to define testing needs and setups to align on timing and methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functionally with other CTI Excellences on projects, timings and approaches.
- Maintain and improve systems supporting test tracking, data collection, and workflow efficiency
- Work with Salon Manager to build and expand a national network of salons, academies, and stylist partners
- Oversee contractor and consultant relationships, including scheduling, coordination, and payment management
- Develop scalable processes for sample distribution and testing logistics
- Identify and onboard new partners to strengthen testing capabilities and external test salon network reach
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive salon training programs for internal and external teams
- Ensure training content translates technical product knowledge into practical salon application
- Work with CTI Stylists community to evolve training materials based on new product launches, trends, and insights
- Monitor competitive landscape by monitoring external launches and conducting comparative testing for performance benchmarking
- Translate salon testing findings into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with CTI lead to learn claims process
- This is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home
