As Campus Director, you will lead the delivery of exceptional workspace and site services across a large, complex client campus environment. Ensuring operational excellence, a high-quality employee experience, and strong alignment with client expectations. You will be recognized for your ability to lead high-performing teams, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and drive consistent execution across multiple operational decision-making.
Leading a diverse and multi-talented team of over 15 specialists, you will role model integrity, accountability, and professionalism while maintaining an engaging and inclusive team culture. Leadership & Team Management:

- You will support team development through skills and performance assessments, regular 1:1 meetings, timely feedback, follow-up actions, and thoughtful workload oversight.
- You will partner closely with internal COE’s and HR to support workforce planning, succession planning, hiring, and talent development across both JLL teams and vendors.
- You will also encourage knowledge sharing across accounts and participation in JLL Integrated Facilities Management forums, helping the team stay connected to, best practices, innovation, and market trends.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- You will build a strong understanding of the client’s business, priorities, and workplace strategy, using that knowledge to shape service delivery, operational improvements, and project execution across the campus.
- Your advanced interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capability will enable you to navigate a highly matrixed environment with confidence and credibility. You will build productive working relationships with client stakeholders, internal partners, and service providers, balancing competing priorities while remaining solution-oriented and responsive.
- You will work collaboratively with account leadership, workplace teams, project teams, and cross-functional partners such as food services, security, and IT to deliver integrated outcomes.
- You will also be responsible for achieving contractual KPIs and SLAs through disciplined execution, service quality oversight, and continuous improvement. This includes providing clear, transparent operational and financial reporting, highlighting trends, risks, variances, and opportunities for corrective action where needed.
Operations:
- You will lead the continued development, standardization, and implementation will provide seamless service. You will be skilled in simplification and accuracy improvement of work of operating procedures to ensure reliable, efficient, and seamless delivery of services across the campus portfolio.
- You will contribute to space planning strategies and solutions that respond to changing business needs, balancing strategic objectives with practical execution.
- You will also support the successful delivery of major and minor capital works, moves, adds and changes, and workplace projects in line with client requirements and operational standards.
- A key part of the role will be financial management and controls. You will own annual operating budgets, support monthly forecasting, track spend, oversee financial controls, and review budget performance to ensure the campus portfolio is operating within plan. You will use operational and financial data to identify cost pressures, support corrective action, and drive sound, value-focused decision-making.
- Use financial and operational data to identify cost pressures, productivity opportunities, and service improvements.
- Build trust with Client stakeholders through disciplined financial management, transparent reporting, and clear communication of risks, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
- You will also help ensure compliance with JLL and client health, safety, environmental, and risk management requirements. In addition, you will support the implementation of user experience programs, technology rollouts, training initiatives, and process improvements to enhance service consistency and employee experience
- Reporting, analysis, and data driven decision-making will be core to your leadership approach. You will be confident in preparing reports, analyzing performance trends, and presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Sourcing & Vendor Management:
- You will oversee vendor relationships and contracts to ensure services are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with agreed scope, quality, and commercial expectations.
- You will drive strong vendor governance through performance reviews, service monitoring, issue resolution, and regular evaluation of outcomes against contract requirements. You will also support commercial discipline by monitoring spend, controlling scope changes, identifying value opportunities, and helping ensure value-for-money outcomes for the client.
- You will ensure strategic sourcing initiatives are followed, JLL tools and procurement processes are used appropriately, and site teams are supported in major sourcing and procurement activities. Vendor performance management, contract compliance, and service accountability will be essential parts of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities, workplace, campus, or portfolio operations within a complex multinational environment
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams, service providers, and vendors in a matrixed, client-facing environment
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse groups at all levels
- Strong written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to provide concise updates and detailed analysis when needed
- Strong budget management and financial acumen, including spend control, forecasting support, variance review, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing vendor performance, contracts, sourcing activity, and service delivery against KPIs and SLAs
- Strong operational knowledge across workplace services, hard and soft services, space planning, MAC activity, and workplace project delivery
- Ability to work effectively across multiple matrix reporting lines and prioritize competing demands
- Calm, resilient, and adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and respond to rapidly changing situations
- Strong collaborative leadership style, with the ability to build trust, develop talent, and work effectively across teams
- Knowledge of local health, safety, and risk requirements in Singapore, including manager accountability for safe systems of work and incident response
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or relevant professional qualification in facilities management, engineering, property, workplace management, hospitality, or a related discipline. The JLL career framework supports using a university degree or relevant certification where appropriate.
- Experience in a technology, corporate campus, or high-touch client environment
- Experience supporting capital works, office fit-outs, workplace transformation, or employee experience initiatives
- Familiarity with facilities management systems, reporting tools, and performance dashboards
- Experience using operational and finance data to monitor performance and support decision-making
