Join our Global Real Estate and Facilities Engineering and Technology (E&T) team as an Associate Facilities Electrical Engineer in Health, Ohio. As an Associate Facilities Electrical Engineer, you will have the chance to guide equipment repairs through hands-on work. You’ll be at the forefront of supporting and planning construction projects by defining requirements and overseeing successful execution. Additionally, you’ll play a role in identifying opportunities to enhance our site’s electrical infrastructure.

Position Responsibilities:
Provides input to infrastructure planning, completes studies, and analyzes current conditions and future requirements
Recommends capital improvements and gathers and analyzes data to identify and access alternatives and impacts
Assists in electrical designs with customer requirements, building codes, and applicable regulations
Assists in integrating activities of multiple engineering disciplines, outside consultants, and government agencies
Develops routine conceptual designs, final designs, and cost estimates for electrical phases of buildings, equipment installation, utility systems, and grounds
Analyzes to determine cause of asset failures and reduction in asset capacity using reliability tools and methods
Ensures accuracy of drawing archives/libraries
Translates customer requirements into design options; identifies appropriate materials, equipment, and services
Estimates resources costs/requirements, identifies materials, equipment, and services, & develops preliminary project schedules to establish project scope
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
1+ years of experience reading and interpreting technical documents and/or drawings
1+ years of experience with facility maintenance in an engineering role/or management role
1+ years of experience working in an industrial and/or manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with building and safety codes
3+ years of experience with Lean processes and initiatives
3+ years of experience leading construction projects
Experience working in a production environment
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $78,200 – $105,800
