Pay Range: Actual pay may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Research, develop, and productize state-of-the-art AI models using techniques such as GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, and transformer-based architectures.
Work with diverse data types, including video, speech, and text, to develop and optimize generative AI models for applications such as text-to-video synthesis, machine translation, and text-to-speech.
Design and conduct experiments to train and validate generative AI models, ensuring high quality and performance.
Collaborate with software engineers to deploy scalable, real-time generative AI systems in the cloud, optimizing for efficiency, latency, and memory usage.
Maintain a deep understanding of current research, technologies, and emerging trends in generative AI to inform and guide the development of cutting-edge solutions.

Education
Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Preferred: Graduate Degree PhD in a related field.
Experience
Minimum Years of Experience
3 Years of experience in an AI field (e.g. deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, or automated speech
recognition). A Master's degree may be considered equivalent to 2-4 YOE. A PhD may be considered equivalent to 1-3 YOE.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Background in computer vision, including feature extraction, scene analysis, and object detection.
Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques, with expertise in areas such as GANs, latent diffusion models, VAEs, cross-attention, ControlNet, and transformer-based architectures.
Proven track record solving complex problems with innovative solutions, demonstrating the ability to develop novel algorithms and adapt existing methods to new challenges.
Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API protocol.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python and C++, and experience with data preprocessing and analysis tools such as NumPy and pandas.
Familiarity with video, audio, and text processing techniques.
Experience with model optimization techniques for efficient inference in real-world applications, such as model compression and quantization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team of AI experts.
Passion for continuous learning and staying at the forefront of generative AI research and development.
