In this role, you will be responsible for the development, management, and coordination planning for the delivery and facilitation of technical and development programs, working with the Core Technical Training team. You will focus on improving Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) of operations and support personnel. You will partner with subject matter experts to collaborate on programs, deliver curriculum, and assess outcomes for enhancing the development of our team members. You collaborate on the development and delivery of professional development content to a wide range of audiences and must be comfortable delivering presentations, both in-person and using virtual digital tools. You will conduct follow-up to determine applicability of course materials. In addition, you will also partner closely with instructional designers to have end-to-end program design, delivery and improvement ownership for professional development and functional training offerings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and coordination in the planning and implementation of training courses and curricula.
- Liaise with subject matter experts and collaborates with instructional designers in the development of functional training offerings.
- Actively assist in the communication, alignment, and implementation of learning, development, and engagement related initiatives across Haskell, in support of business goals and strategic objectives
- Administer, track, and report on projects including but not limited to, data analyzation, preparation of updates, and communications.
- Assist in the assessment of development needs and work with team(s) to arrange training in various areas as required to fill identified needs
- Establish strong partnership with key business stakeholders to continuously remain aligned with current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning needs and the development of Haskell team members.
- Assist in the development of training content assessment and feedback processes; establish actions and programs to address team and individual feedback.
- Actively involved in the delivery of learning, development, and engagement programs as identified with the supervisor.
- Utilize Haskell’s Learning Management System and Engagement Platform in an administrative role to manage compliance, other training programs, content, delivery, and metrics
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related experience and/or combination of equivalent education and experience
- Experience with marketing desired
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, innovation, project management, problem-solving, and influencing skills
Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong customer/employee service orientation
- Uses initiative and attention to detail
- Highly organized and ability to track multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experienced with web-based technologies preferably with eLearning design and knowledge of Learning Management Systems
- Advanced knowledge of eLearning Design software to include Adobe Captivate, Premiere Pro, Camtasia, and Articulate 360

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
