THE WORK
In this important role you will be supporting the TPS-77 Ground Base Radar Product Line as the Lead Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM).
You will be responsible for manufacturing execution, proposals, and baselines. Responsibilities include but not limited to managing schedule & cost, manpower planning, identifying and managing risks, upholding configuration control and streamlining our process. Additionally you will be responsible for understanding program material status and coordinating cross-site needs as well as managing material Statement of Problems (StOPs) which include coordinating obsolescence solutions with Engineering and Sourcing.
This role includes overseeing different program phases, from development to transition to production and production. Frequent collaboration with Technical Operations (engineering), Sourcing, Quality, Mission Success, and Finance teams will be integral to your work. Your responsibilities will encompass managing program baseline plans, conducting capacity, resource, and staffing analyses.

WHO YOU ARE
You are a decisive leader with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, able to guide complex manufacturing programs and partner effectively with engineering, sourcing, quality, and finance teams.
A level 4 employee is mid to senior career and typically has 5+ years of professional experience.
