Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Non‑Driving Parking Attendant to provide excellent service and ensure smooth parking operations during afternoon and evening hours. This role does not require driving customer vehicles. The attendant will assist patrons, monitor parking areas, and maintain a safe and orderly environment.
Pay: $18.47 - $20.00 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Shift: PT On-Call Weekend and evening availability is a must

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
Direct vehicles to appropriate parking spaces
Monitor parking areas for safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Answer customer questions regarding parking procedures, rates, or locations
Assist with basic parking equipment or ticket validation as needed
Report issues, incidents, or violations to supervisors promptly
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
Qualifications
No driving required; valid driver’s license not necessary
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Ability to work in an active, outdoor environment
