The Project Manager Resiliency Coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing disaster/cyber recovery programs. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure our business remains secure and resilient in the event of any unforeseen disruptions.
The IT Resiliency Team is dedicated to ensuring the resilience and continuity of our operations in the face of unforeseen events. The selected candidate will play a vital role in safeguarding business operations against various disruptions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster/cyber recovery plans, including risk assessments, continuity strategies, and response procedures
- Lead Disaster/Cyber Recovery exercises; specifically plan, execute, and evaluate regular disaster/cyber recovery exercises to validate the effectiveness of recovery plans and make necessary adjustments
- Tradition project management activities and deliverables: project plans, resource plans, status reporting, and project outcomes (creation and updating of playbooks to ensure the internal operations team can lead future DR/CR failover efforts on an annual basis).
- Collaborate with IT, security, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment between disaster/cyber recovery and security strategies
- Work with IT Security to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments to evaluate their impact on operations
- Maintain accurate documentation of disaster/cyber recovery plans, procedures, and incident response protocols
- Lead disaster/cyber recovery efforts in the event of a disruption, coordinating the response and recovery activities
- Develop and provide training to employees on disaster/cyber recovery and business continuity procedures to enhance preparedness
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working as a project lead
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Beginner to intermediate presentation skills. Demonstrated comfort in presenting to direct supervisor/manager or within own work team
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience with data analysis and report generation

Salary: USD 58500.00 - USD 87700.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
