This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit –

- Manage quality investigations, NCMRs, customer complaints, and corrective actions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Perform physical, chemical, and performance testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
- Maintain laboratory operations through equipment calibration, inventory management, and sample preparation activities.
- Coordinate sample documentation and shipments to customers, suppliers, and external testing laboratories.
- Support audits, inspections, quality improvement initiatives, and cross-functional teams while promoting safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
