The Eaton Vance Value team is looking to add a dedicated Executive Assistant to support the team. This Executive Assistant will support 2 Portfolio Managers, approximately 5-7 additional team members as well as team members in the broader department. The role will involve collaborating with the team’s other EAs/Admins as needed. Responsibilities include standard administrative functions such as scheduling/maintaining calendars, expense management, arranging occasional travel and other miscellaneous administrative requirements for the team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate superior organizational skills through effectively supporting the value equity portfolio managers, analysts, and other investment professionals.
- Efficiently coordinate multiple calendars, travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports.
- Become proficient with various software and database programs by downloading and running daily and monthly reports, as well as entering analyst model trades for the team.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external meetings, including marketing materials.
- Manage other miscellaneous administrative activities including technology requests, preparing copies, managing supplies, coordinating equipment needs, and maintaining a fully functioning work area for the team.
- Collate and manage the data for compliance record keeping.
- Communicate professionally with the senior members of the company and other investment professionals.
Associates Degree or equivalent desired.
Demonstrate an excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
A hard working team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist all members of the investment team.
The ability to handle changing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible attitude with the willingness to take on new projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to learn and work with Bloomberg, FactSet, CRD, Concur, and other software applications.
