SOFTWARE SYSTEMS OPERATIONS: In collaboration with the Sr. Manager Business Systems and Sr. Manager, Residential Business Systems and key users of enterprise and business-related systems and software, responsible for the technical management of these systems to ensure they continue to meet and provide our desired user experience and to ensure cost effective operation, efficiency, and accuracy and risk mitigation of the systems.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues impacting system functionality; work collaboratively with systems team and other internal and external resources to quickly and efficiently resolve
- Provide second tier support and in some cases, first tier
- Review, test and recommend system upgrades, patches, and other tools needed to maintain optimal functionality based on user and business needs.
- Maintain all systems related integrations and customizations documentation and have a clear understanding of how all the systems integrate and customization’s function.
- Key member on the Systems Team to provide key support, insight, and ideas to ensure that business requirements are met.
- Continuously evaluate and review existing systems and solutions to meet strategic and business plan objectives.
- Follow team standards and expectations adopted by the team and make recommendations for adjustments to standards as needed.
- Supports the Systems Team with reporting and delivering solutions that resolve issues and/or needs supporting the end user’s productivity in utilizing the system.
SYSTEMS PROJECTS: In collaboration with the Systems Team, leads the support provided to department leaders in implementing agreed upon projects to enable effective and efficient execution aligned with strategic and business plan objectives.
- Trusted partner with key business leaders that identifies opportunities that enhance systems or processes to drive value for those departments.
- Provide business process information to cross functional teams, communicate with team throughout project, obtain feedback and input, create procedural changes in conjunction with key business partners.
- Provide key support to business users when evaluating system solutions and providing technical
- Partner with department leaders to understand user requirements for projects that are prioritized in order of execution by the Business Systems Manager and/or Sr. Residential Business Systems Manager.
- Key project implementation resource for all new or existing systems, including developing test scripts, performing system testing, performing due diligence, evaluating various solution and collaborating with resources and stakeholders prior to making recommendations for
- Evaluate projects for scope, schedule, budget by providing scope of the project once requirements are understood, evaluate and communicate impact of the project to requestor, negotiate timeline of the project, and provide estimated costs weighted against value.
- Key support for project and system implementation, including:
- Developing training plan
- Partner with key department leaders to support delivery of training aligned with desired end user experience.
- Creation of end user training documentation
- Developing the communication plan and documentation
- Systems and integration configuration work and related documentation
- Identifying and recommending enhancements to areas to improve success and supportability of the project.
