Activision Blizzard Consumer Products is looking for a Creative Manager to design, develop & manage the creative ecosystem.
The Creative Manager works across all categories for Licensing and product development and supports the Activision Blizzard Creative team with a focus on developing products for the Call of Duty franchise.
The role works within the consumer products creative team to help manage the creative processes and drive product development/ programs for Call of Duty. This includes Product development, mocking up necessary visuals, inspiring collections, and product, providing feedback and creative approvals. The role maintains communication with priority licensees and collaboration within the category team, to ensure successful execution and visibility of the product line.
Responsibilities
- Provide creative support to priority licensees/programs
- Develop new graphics, mock-ups and artwork as needed to support all franchises creative needs
- Shepherd Creative Product development and approvals, legal and licensee portals within My Media Box & in partnership with the Call of Duty business units
- Partner with cross functional team members to ensure creative consistency while advocating for licensed program initiatives
- Manage logistical aspects of creative processes, project tracking and managing feedback between licensees and cross functional teams in collaboration with Creative Lead
- Ensures attention to detail across creative, approvals, managing feedback to own & ensure projects maintain the integrity of our brands
- Possess the ability to retain and absorb a deep understanding of our games and creative guidelines
- Able to organize multiple projects at once with the ability to communicate project status to the team regularly in a concise manner
- Knowledge and understanding of Activison Blizzard Franchises, specifically Call of Duty is a must
Player Profile
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Licensing, Product or Toy design
- Brand Approvals experience including experience with My Media Box or familiar with online Data Asset Management (DAM) systems
- Creative design and product development background
- Aware of current market trends in the licensing industry & current Activision Blizzard properties
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to multitask between projects, manage & document feedback from multiple stakeholders & coordinate approvals accordingly, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong team player & knowledge of the Consumer Products industry
- Demonstrates a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
- Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential matters

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
