What you’ll do

Develop and execute strategic plans for the managed behavioral health organization, aligning programs with organizational goals and industry standards.

Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality behavioral health services in compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.

Monitor quality assurance processes to uphold evidence-based, client-centered behavioral health services, continuously evaluating and improving program effectiveness.

Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with the managed behavioral health organization vendor, fostering effective communication and collaboration to achieve shared objectives.

Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, and regulatory bodies, to enhance coordination, communication, and alignment of behavioral health programs.

Identify potential risks to program success and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure the reliability and integrity of behavioral health services.
What you need
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, health administration or related area of study, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.

Two years of work experience in project or program management across cross functional projects.

Experience with vendor management and/or operations management overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements, and meeting regulatory requirements.
