About this Role
You will be the first point of contact and advocate for all incoming customer questions, issues, and concerns for the new HELOC Product. Must be able to multitask by taking daily inbound calls, working daily tasks in order of receipt and sales escalations. Will be trained on the HELOC product, the origination and phone systems.
Pay Range: 45k plus bonus
Daily Duties:
Educate the VPs and Clients on the product
Answer all incoming calls from clients and VPs
Answer client and VP emails
Work and complete daily tasks in Loan Origination System
Basic income review, property legal description, cancel loan applications, manual notary reschedule closings
Escalate loans to the Fraud and Trust team as needed
Review daily pipeline scrubs
Triage/troubleshoot issues and escalations
Training sessions/Q&A for the VPs
Attend weekly team huddles
Stay within SLA’s
What We Look For:
BA/BS from an accredited university or 1+ years in a customer facing mortgage processing role.
Complete any and all compliance trainings on time
Ability to work in a very fast environment
A problem solver, multitasker and be able to work independently as needed
Flexible and be able to pivot daily to change
