The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. The Director, Commercial Management – Fabs and Facility Construction sets and executes the overall operations business strategy across business, products, and infrastructure areas and must have experience specifically in the semiconductor space.
General scope:
- Establish definition and create unique, branded service solutions.
- Develop and implement Go To Market strategy.
- Provide support to the sales team.
- Develop operational training curriculum and tools for sales and operations.
Essential Functions:
- Grow business at outsized rate.
- Build specialized team focused on semiconductor manufacturing and facility construction related services.
- Recruit, manage, and lead management teams with focus on continuous improvement. Select and develop teams of leaders. Provide constructive and timely evaluations and oversee disciplinary procedures.
- Support, motivate, and promote the team by building a positive and thriving team environment.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative, financial, and personnel operations for assigned area.
- Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the division; establish and implement policies, practices, and standards to ensure operational success.
- Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements.
- Identify needs and establish protocols.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and achieve goals.
- Supply expertise and guidance to executive team.
- Collaborate with other executives to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify, recommend, and implement processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline use of resources and materials.
- Implement and integrate productivity measures and delivery methods to achieve planned ROI.
- Work with key external and internal customers to establish relationships that result in better business outcomes.
- Ensure that quality standards are assigned, measured, and met.
- Drive a culture of safety following required safety activities.
- Oversee several workflows simultaneously.
- Drive decisions across multiple groups across the entire team.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
Experience:
- 12+ years of industry-related experience, including management.
- Proven experience growing a business at a double digit rate year over year for multiple years.
- Must have significant experience working on engineering and construction related projects for manufacturing facilities.
- Must have significant experience working for and with semiconductor device manufacturers, semiconductor equipment. manufacturers, facility engineering and construction companies.
- Must have significant experience and understanding of contract law and terms related to the above services.

- Ability to effectively build and lead a team of leaders to provide industry leading construction, field service engineering, and production support services with a proven track record.
- Self-starter and works well independently and as part of an executive team.
- Skilled in project management, problem-solving techniques and communicating ideas and instructions clearly.
- Skilled in directing activities and operations of others, including activities involving hazardous situations.
- Can quickly dive deep on business challenges and formulate then as data and analytics problems that can be solved by standard approaching using descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.

- Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
