What you´ll do
- Leads all warehouse operations, including deliveries, returns, repacks, inventory control, and material flow to support production.
- Supervises warehouse and receiving teams, including hiring, training, performance management, safety compliance, and employee development.
- Ensures inventory accuracy on documentation reviews, discrepancy resolution, SAP usage, and proper storage practices.
- Maintains compliance with SHEQ, ISO, safety regulations, and oversees non-hazardous waste management, recycling programs, and environmental requirements.
- Manages warehouse facilities and logistics, including housekeeping, pallet dock operations, scrap disposal, and support for production, quality, and office material requests.
- The position is in
the factory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for long
periods of time throughout the day. The
employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasionally this position
may require the lifting and/or moving of more than 55 pounds. All lifting must comply with OSHA
standards.
