SPA’s Sea Land Air (SLA) Division supports a diverse portfolio of national security government clients, including the Undersea Enterprise, the Navy Surface Community, the Navy MPTE Enterprise, the Army, DoD Agencies, DARPA, OSD, international clients including the Canadian Navy and Australian Defense Force. The Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) focus is to provide engineering, technical and programmatic support to the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors (PEO IWS 2.0) Directorate. Efforts include overarching program management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, operations analysis, systems integration, international, cyber security, IT network and programmatic support for over 30 PEO IWS 2.0 advanced radar, phased array radar, electronic warfare, electro-optic, advanced off-board electronic warfare/decoy and directed energy programs.

SPA has an immediate need for a Cyber Systems Security Analyst for employment in our downtown Washington, DC office that is located at 20 M Street, SE.
Responsibilities:
For this critical work, we are looking for a candidate that will proactively assist the Future X-Band Radar program within the Navy's PEO IWS 2.0 Above Water Sensors Directorate with the design, development, evaluation, and/or integration of secure networking, computing, and enclave environments. Ability to work from SPA's 20 M St. office at least 2-3 days per week is required.
We expect you to consistently demonstrate strong attributes to quickly build competencies and provide the highest quality products and services to the PEO IWS 2.0 Cyber Security Lead and Information Systems Security Manager to ensure that Risk Management Framework (RMF) cybersecurity requirements are satisfied in accordance with applicable DOD, NIST, Department of the Navy (DON), and NAVSEA series instructions. Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Washington, DC Pay Transparency Range: $90,000 – $120,000.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience providing information assurance, system security engineering, or operational support to the DoD, including supporting information operations, cyber operations, system administration, and systems security
- Competence in evaluating cyber compliance with DOD regulations and an understanding of the DoD Risk Management Framework
- Must hold and maintain an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Desire to learn various components of System Security Engineering
- Experience working in an acquisition program office environment with documentation, protocols, formats, and deadlines
- Possess DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Certification or able to obtain within 6 months of hire
