Henkel’s Leadership Experience and Development Program is a
24-month rotational program starting in August 2027 designed to develop future
generations of business leaders in procurement. As a participant in the
program, you will:
- Procurement Cohort – gather experience in various procurement areas including Logistics, Indirect Materials and Services supporting all Henkel business units
- Show our full potential in day-to-day operations while we put your entrepreneurial and leadership skills to the test with the ownership of impactful projects
- Have direct exposure and close cooperation with Top Management across functions and geographical scope
- Receive ongoing support from your manager, mentor and through peer exchange
