Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to perform both preventive and corrective maintenance across a wide range of commercial and industrial systems. This role requires advanced technical knowledge in chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and low-temperature refrigeration systems, along with the ability to work independently in the field and respond effectively to urgent service needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on:
- HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and cooling towers
- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and instrumentation systems
- Low-temperature refrigeration equipment
- Ensure all systems and facilities are maintained to meet operational and safety standards
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls, including spills and critical equipment failures
- Travel to customer sites to perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine service
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with all safety protocols
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration service
- Proficiency in servicing low-temperature refrigeration, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet eligibility requirements for specialized ATS environments (including a 10-year work history, if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with low-temperature refrigeration systems
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
