POSITION TITLE: Warehouse Administrator, VSG Asia
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Assistant Warehouse Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for the material receiving and key-in data into the ERP system
·Issue the material to the right location of the production according to W/O orders
·Ensure the inventory accuracy in order to meet the target, analysis the variance and take action to avoid this happen again
·Support team to do a good job on monthly close
·Daily warehouse 5S/EHS management.
·Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
OVERALL QUALIFICATIONS – Skills and Experience
·Good communication and coordination skill, positive and good ability to work under pressure
·At least 3 years warehouse management or relevant experience
·Technical secondary school or above
·Familiar with warehouse management system and have the experience of the WMS、SAP or Kingdee system
·Forklift driver license
·Can perform the second shift
CRITICAL SHORT-TERM OBJECTIVES or CRITICAL ASPECTS OF ROLE NEXT 2-3 YEARS
·Can be used the ERP system, such as barcode system and k3 system
·Be familiar with the warehouse process
·Support production and procurement team to achieve the goals
·No any complain from internal customer because of issue the wrong material and missing parts
Ability to work well in high pressure
