Job Summary:
As a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics solutions, including CRM, Finance and Operations (F&O), Business Central, and PowerApps. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translate those into effective technology solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. This role combines deep technical knowledge with strong business insight to drive meaningful outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet client requirements.
- Implement and deploy Dynamics CRM, Finance and Operations (F&O), Business Central, and PowerApps solutions.
- Develop and integrate custom functionalities and applications using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Business Consultation:
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans.
- Provide strategic advice on how Microsoft Dynamics solutions can address business challenges and enhance processes.
- Present and demonstrate Dynamics solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Project Management:
- Lead or support project planning, including scope, timeline, and resource management.
- Monitor project progress and ensure successful delivery within budget and schedule.
- Manage and resolve technical and functional issues that arise during implementation.
- Customization and Integration:
- Customize Dynamics CRM, F&O, Business Central, and PowerApps to fit specific client needs.
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics solutions with other systems and platforms.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and trends in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members and clients.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to recommend enhancements and improvements.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to clients on Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Develop user documentation and training materials to ensure effective use of systems.
- Offer ongoing support and maintenance to resolve issues and optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics are preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Finance and Operations (F&O), Business Central, and PowerApps.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Dynamics CRM, F&O, Business Central, and PowerApps.
- Proficiency in customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, and other related technologies.
- Business Skills:
- Strong understanding of business processes and how Microsoft Dynamics solutions can improve them.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
