Job Description
The Sales Acceleration team within Visa’s Value-Added Services (VAS) unit creates, delivers, and champions initiatives that directly and significantly impact sales performance and scorecard goals. The Manager, Seller Experience will play a vital role in driving sales engagement across VAS, architecting and deploying a content strategy designed to ensure our internal sales teams are able to access the most compelling, relevant, and impactful content at every stage throughout their sales cycle.
The Manager, Seller Experience reports to the Director of Seller Experience and will partner to understand and solve for the unique business challenges associated with the discovery of sales-related content across Visa. They will work cross-functionally to manage scope, secure support and resources for execution, and deploy processes that improve the day-to-day lives of our sellers.
They will proactively manage challenges, identify bottlenecks, and keep the team informed by reporting on status, progress, milestones, deliverables, outcomes, and lessons learned to all applicable parties. The ideal candidate will be a curious and enthusiastic team player, and excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environments.
Success in this position will result in the wholesale enablement of our teams with access to world class tools, successfully driving sales excellence at every stage of the sales cycle, and challenging the status-quo in a sensitive, efficient, and constructive manner.

Essential Duties:
- Actively manage and maintain global Compass (powered by Highspot) pages, focused on reducing the amount of time and clicks required for sellers to access the content they are searching for
- Measure, analyze, and communicate global impact and adoption of best practices
- Execute on strategic initiatives identified to improve the overall seller experience
- Communicate with cross functional stakeholders to understand, document, and track their evolving strategies

- Support design and writing of seller-facing power point decks and related assets
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 4 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD)
- You have prior experience designing power point decks and content experiences for seller audiences, Highspot/Compass highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal, and written communications skills, especially with remote teams working virtually
- Portfolio or examples of produced sales collateral
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction
- Experience in supporting cross-functional initiatives and facilitating collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Technology and Customer Service organizations
- Proven success linking business strategies to business outcomes
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to adapt to continuously changing priorities and opportunities
- Experience using business tools and ability to recommend improvements
- Ability to balance a variety of tasks, lead and advise the work of others
- Capable of developing well-structured written communication and PowerPoint presentations
- Team oriented, energetic, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style
- A strategic problem solver, with an appetite for continuous learning
- Must work well in highly collaborative, matrixed, and team-oriented environment
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $115,000 to $155,000 to per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
