Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an System Administrator for the TMAS 2 96 CTG Task Order, supporting the TGS / 96 CTG.
JOB DETAILS
LOCATION: Eglin AFB, FL
JOB STATUS: Full Time
TRAVEL: 10%
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Technical BS Degree and 3-10 years of applicable experience
- Active Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI eligibility required. S. Citizenship.
- Must possess DOD Instruction (DODI) 8570.01M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification or higher.
- Experience in server and desktop system administration and network management in a vault environment.
- Experience in Air Force, DOD or corporate IT Technician customer support functions.
- Excellent communication and customer interface skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Visio).
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware/software.
- Experience in imaging and deploying computers.
- Experience performing account management for high security systems.
- Experience with video teleconferencing systems and access control systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform hands on server and workstation management in support of a dynamic SCIF environment.
- Respond to Information System Security Officer’s guidance in maintaining compliance with system security requirements. Test, troubleshoot and apply corrections to information systems; and apply patches and software upgrades.
- Assist with the implementation and enforcement of all Air Force cybersecurity policies and procedures using Air Force guidance. Accomplish cybersecurity incident monitoring and response.
- Perform hardware and software configuration management.
- Support high security video teleconference meetings and maintain said systems.
- Perform additional duties common to those in support of Air Force vaults.
