The mission of this full-time position is to provide advanced technical assistance and support related to Salesforce. Assessing high-level system issues to determine root cause, create and implement an action plan by using expert-level administration to ensure high availability, and determine and assist with implementation solutions. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the effective operations and administration, future roadmap, and successful adoption of the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities include assisting with the migration path of our current CRM configuration, troubleshooting issues, creating reports, and managing relationships with our users.
- Oversee license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Resolve user support tickets.
- Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization.
- Assist in providing ongoing training updates to Team Trainer, assisting Team Trainer in validating training materials as needed.
- Should have proven work experience in Salesforce administration, Salesforce certifications, expertise in managing and maintaining Salesforce systems.
- Proficiency in Salesforce tools and functionalities, strong database management skills.
- Consistent communication with their team regarding problems, updates, and processes.
- Communication with employees, manager, users, and other teams at Renaissance Financial.
- The Administrator should be capable of recognizing potential flaws and obstacles and have the skills to work on prevention of obstacles, along with workflow optimization.
- The Administrator would need to be able to manage the data stored on the Salesforce platform.
- Validation and analysis of data for accuracy, security, and optimization.
- Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- The Administrator should have the necessary skills and the ability to work with a variety of technologies.
- Will need to know about writing programs and using spreadsheets or relevant computer languages such as Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, C++, Java, JavaScript, C#, data modeling, strong understanding of Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL). And APIs
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on a wide variety of factors.
- High level of interpersonal skills to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
- This position requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Diligence in composing, typing, and proofreading materials, as well as establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Work in a demanding environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- High-level understanding and working knowledge of computer systems and networking.
- Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
- College (Bachelor’s) degree in Computer Science or relative work experience combined with certifications.
- 3 – 5 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Professional office environment.
- Standard work week regularly exceeds 40 hours.
